Logistics between production workshop and warehouse acceptance points are organized free of charge.
The production workshop and main warehouse are located in Riga, Ganibu dambis 19. We have opened a warehouse-parts acceptance point in Daugavpils, Višķu Street 23.
In this warehouse, there are refurbished dual-mass flywheels and clutch kits, as well as in this warehouse, customers can place steering mechanisms, engine heads, soot (DPF) filters and other mechanisms that need to be delivered to the production workshop in Riga. When the part is ready, it will be sent back from the production workshop to the warehouse-part acceptance point, where the customer will be able to receive it after payment.
If the required part is in Daugavpils warehouse:
1. Contact us by phone to confirm component compatibility
2. We will send you an invoice for prepayment, which must be paid before you visit the warehouse
3. When you arrive at the warehouse, we will open the door remotely and provide you with information on which box contains (boxes marked with product codes) the part you need.
4. Place the old part in the space provided
If the required part has to be sent to the production workshop in Riga:
1. Contact us by phone to confirm component compatibility
2. When you arrive at the warehouse, we will open the door for you remotely and you will be able to place the part in its intended place
3. The logistics company will deliver the parts to the production workshop in Riga, we will contact you to agree on the necessary work and agree on costs.
4. When the necessary work is done, an invoice will be sent and the part will be returned to the warehouse-part acceptance point, where you will be able to receive it at your convenience.
