We perform defects and repairs of engine heads / blocks / crankshafts. We work according to the standards set by the manufacturer with modern - certified equipment.
When you deliver a part to us, we perform its initial cleaning from oils / burns and other dirt.
Once the part has been cleaned- defects are made and measurements are taken, after which we can compile a list of the required parts and make a repair estimate, which we agree with the customer.
When the repair is done, the part is handed over for re-washing and handed over for quality control.
In the final stage, the part is packed.

· Execution time is 1-3 working days. It is precisely agreed upon when accepting parts.
· Commercial vehicle prices for the service are agreed upon acceptance of the parts or after the defect
· If necessary, the parts are pre-washed, the price is agreed upon acceptance.

Production workshop is divided into several departments:
Metalworking department - turning / milling / welding / balancing and construction
Industrial washing department - high pressure and ultrasonic washing
Refurbishment Department - flywheel and clutch refurbishment | refurbishment of steering equipment | engine block, head diagnostics and repair
In 2018, we have implemented modernization measures to reduce the amount of hazardous substances used. The measures are implemented with the help and support of the Baltic Environmental Forum from the project "Baltic Pilot Measures to Reduce Emissions of Hazardous Chemicals through Substitution and Resource Efficiency" (LIFE14 ENV / LV / 000174), co-financed by the European Union LIFE Program and Latvian Environmental Protection Fund administration.
