Active stabilizers are installed on vehicles equipped with Dynamic Drive, Active suspension system, Active stabilizer system, Active body control and other manufacturer-installed suspension stability systems.
Active stabilizer is equipped with electric or hydraulic drive.
Its function is creation of counter-pressure, thus ensuring less tilting, when driving in curves for more stable and precise handling.
On daily basis, most frequently we deal with active stabilizers of BMW, Porsche and Range Rover vehicles.
Mostly, oil leaks and wear of mechanism in active stabilizers occur; besides, in case of BMW active stabilizers, bearings/bushes/attachment points at the vehicle body rust and break down.
Restoration prevents all the previously listed defects. Closing stage of the repair is stabilizer test on a special hydraulics stand.
After the installation of a restored stabilizer, system calibration/adaptation using computer diagnostics is required.
Restored stabilizer is subject to six month warranty.
Restoration of active stabilizer – EUR 300.00 – 450.00

* any restored stabilizer is subject to six month warranty
