We offer particle measurement for DPF / diesel particulate filters on diesel vehicles, using the same certified measuring equipment (MAHLE PMU 400) that is used during official CSDD roadworthiness inspections
If the measured particle values exceed the permitted limits, we can immediately carry out the necessary diagnostics on site and provide the required repair solutions to eliminate the issue and prepare the vehicle for the technical inspection.
Diagnostics of gearboxes:
Duration - ~30 minutes
Price - Introductory offer - 25.00 EUR
Particle number (PN) measurement during the technical inspection is mandatory for diesel vehicles equipped with a DPF filter that comply with Euro 5 or newer emission standards, typically vehicles manufactured from 2013 onwards.
During the measurement, the number of solid particles in the exhaust gases is determined. The maximum permissible limit is up to 1,000,000 particles/cm³. If this limit is exceeded, the vehicle fails the technical inspection. For this reason, PN measurement before the inspection allows early detection of a damaged, clogged, inefficient, or removed DPF filter, and enables timely diagnostics and repair to ensure compliance with inspection requirements.

If the particle number (PN) exceeds the permitted limit, we perform diagnostics to identify the root cause and offer the appropriate repair or solution.
This may include evaluation of DPF / soot filter condition, DPF cleaning, exhaust system or sensor diagnostics and, in certain cases, DPF filter replacement.
Particle number measurement is one of the most effective methods to verify that the DPF filter is functioning correctly and that the vehicle will pass the official technical inspection.
The measurement helps to:
• detect a damaged, clogged, or removed DPF filter;
• avoid failing the technical inspection;
• plan DPF diagnostics or repairs in advance;
• reduce exhaust emissions and environmental pollution.
• Before the technical inspection;
• If the DPF warning light is illuminated;
• After DPF cleaning or repair;
• If there are suspicions of DPF damage or removal;
• Before purchasing or selling a vehicle.
