We perform full diagnostics / repair of the running gear
The need for repair of the running gear is most often indicated by noises when driving on uneven surfaces or difficult driving, deviation of the steering wheel from the center when driving in a straight direction, etc.

In order to start the repair, it is necessary to diagnose running gear, during which the following is assessed:

• Brake discs and pads
• Brake system calipers and pipes
• Shock absorbers and springs
• Steering gear / rake
• Steering fingers and steering rods
• Wheel bearings
• Bridge bushes
• Axle and outer joints
• Ball supports
  

If any of the steering gear / rakes are found to be defective, we offer a quality repair or replacement of the steering gear / rakes.

‍Steering gear / rake defects:

• Corrosion of moving parts of the steering mechanism - exactly where the seal is located, which prevents the leakage of hydraulic fluid
• Wear in the steering mechanism housing - with this defect, the steering may not work properly on one side or may not work at all
• Rack-and-pinion wear of the rack - in this case, appears the steering freewheel and pounding knocks as the machine moves. As usual, the maximum wear results from the straight position of the wheels
• Wear on the hydraulic pump gearbox valve body - in this case the hydraulic pump may run intermittently or not run at all

During the refurbishment process, steering gear is removed from the car, completely dismantled and all internal components together with the body are washed in an ultrasonic bath.
‍

After cleaning the parts, steering equipment is inspected, defected and refurbished

When the steering is restored, hydraulic system is flushed, then the steering is installed on the car, and new dust rubbers are installed, as well as the power steering fluid is filled.
